he is trying to use it so he can speak to me and hear me through such thing as skype or camfrog and WoW and other things but he cant get it working he can hear through it but can not speak through it. any help.
get a new one...or else check settings..in the volume control..in the bottom right of the windows..assuming ur using windows operating system that is..ull have to go to advanced..if he is using a laptop..then its a different story..
