my friend got hit by a car. what will happen to driver?

Your friend was rude for doing as he did and will suffer the pain for his stupidity.

The woman, unfortunately for her own stupidity of using a motor vehicle as a weapon, can be in serious trouble as well.

No matter how you look at this issue...both parties involved acted foolishly. Your "friend" needs to learn to respect others and instead of "blocking" the car could have easily spoken to the driver asking for permission to get in front of them!

alright we were at a concert. bumper to bumper traffic, cars arent moving. My friend sees a car thats been waiting for 15 minutes to get into the non-moving exit line. The person from the car gets out to block a car so they can get in. My friend goes and helps him. The lady they were blocking got hella pissed and started yelling and swearing at them to move. They told the lady to just let the one car go and didnt move. The lady started reving the car (in drive?) to try and scare my friend and the dude. I guess she scared him too well because she actually pinned him inbetween her car and the car infront of her. She broke his femur.

My friend doesn't have insurance and his 21st birthday is coming up soon. Hes gonna be out of work for awhile too. What will/should happen to everyone involved in this situation?
