You need to call T-Mobile. The same problem happened with mines when I got it. The question marks means no service but if you're sure your number is still activated and stuff you need to call Tmobile and they will set you Sidekick up for you. Yea, it sucks because your SIM card is not use to the Sidekick and you have to have a "special sidekick team" help you, but they can get it straightened out for you. But in the future, the ? just means no service.
