My friend eats her zits...?

My friend eats her zits, like she scratches them and then eats the little white heads off... EWWWW Can this cause more acne? Because I'm willing to tell her everything I can to get her to stop...
 
That's gross.
Does she know you know? When you catch her doing it, tell her : What the hell are you doing?
There must be an explanation. Cause that's really gross.
I'm not sure if this can cause acne but it is not the healthiest thing to eat.
Zits are dead skin, caused by sebum in your skin and in the zit contains several bacterias...
Tell her that... Tell her that she's eating dead skin glued with sebum and it contains a bacteria known as Propionibacterium acnes...
 
ok.... if you say this directly to your friend she will get really sad so if you see her do it tell her "what are you doing?" and she will imediatly realise you cought her and she will be embarrassed and she will try to stop
