I've been talking to this new guy a met about a week ago. And we recently decided to tell our life stories to each other. I know its weird, but thats not the point. As we're talking, he told me he's done things with other guys before. And at the same time, he thinks being gay is a sin. He told me that he used to cut himself, after trying to do anything with a guy. It bothers me. We both flirt and talk everyday for the past four days. But its really uncomfortable knowing that im talking to someone who cant accept himself and has even tried killing himself for thinking ad feeling things that his religion tells him is wrong. when i try to ask him why he's done this he brings up the bible.
I don't know what to do. i need advice to what i can tell him. I want to make him believe that being gay isn't something someone should punish themselves for.
