My friend slammed my blackberry on a table and it flipped about 3 times and put a crack in the faceplate and knocked the usb port out of place and now it won't charge. I asked her nicely to pay me $350 for the phone so i can get me a new one and now she has lied to her mother about what happened and since it's over $300 isn't that a felony? but what i'm wanting to know is, can i take legal action, get a lawyer and sue her for the price of the phone? we are both 17(minors) but could i sue her parents? i have 6 witnesses of her slamming the phone.
My friend broke my cellphone and I want her to give me money to buy a new one...?
