My friend and I argued ALL DAY about this?

In a little beach town such as Port Aransas, TX, is it or is it not okay to go into the surf shops and souvenier shops around town just in your bikini? (i'm not an old lady btw. I'm 18. and I'm not fat either)
 
it's ok but it would prob be better if u just threw on a shirt or something but either is fine
 
It usually is okay, and if it isnt if you are young and pretty they usually dont say anything. I live in the Galveston, TX area and I walk into those shops all the time and no one says anything.
 
I'm sure a lot of guys wont have a problem with it lol.

Though seriously, it is legal, but I'd at least put some shorts on, don't want old ladies having heart attacks ;)
