My former friend turned out to be a back-stabbing jerk. How do I get revenge

without breaking the law? My former best friend spreads rumors like mad. He told a lot of people bad things about me, got me detention for the first time in my life, (I am a straight A student) and constantly insults me, calls me stupid, an idiot, and a bunch of other stuff. I've tried just ignoring it, and giving him the silent treatment, but now I'm just too mad.

How can I get revenge on him, without breaking the law or getting in any kind of big trouble?
 
I'm way to old to answer this question, probably like your parents age, but I remember what once worked for me. Do they own a car, and can you get into it? It's amazing what a pound of raw fish can do when left unoticed in a trunk or under the seat for a couple of days, or dipping a toothbrush in the toilet and putting it back............
 
Tell the principal on him. Tell the principal how he got you into detention and it wasn't any of your doings.
 
Trust me every dog has its day and what goes around comes around this person might have hurt you but there time will come without having to use violence or break the law is it really worth wasting your energy

there are a ton of things you can do.

or you can just break the law in a way you can never get caught. did you read and then there were none by agatha christi?
