the check engine light comes one to let you know there is a problem,it could be big most likely small.The oil light is flashing but It is a code that is it flashing.Best bet if to take it to a mechanic so he can decipher the code,it could be something as simple as a spark plug.
 
oil light flickers off? engine seems shaky when 1st started,the oil registers fine,water is being used but don't see any leak,where is it going,have had all tune-ups n belts done,also just had heater core replaced before end of last winter,belt squeaks little bit,im disabled with a child n im stuck if its major,have not been using it,its sitting,please help...
 
could be clogged injectors or an emission component o2 sensor. but are you losing water out of your exhaust?
that would be a head or intake manifold problem.
much more costly. try injector cleaner, should be used anyhow! read it again, seems like a misfire for sure and your sensor will detect the slightest of misfires. tune up. plugs wires etc. at least check and see if your plugs are good and clean on each cylinder.
