my ford lightning dont turn on?

i have a 2003 lightning and i cant get it to turn on. when i put the key foward the only light in the cluster that turns on is the abs system. after like 30sec all the gauges and other lights come on and the theft light blicks real fast. well when i turn the key all the way to try to turn it on it all shuts off like if its dead. i let go the key and it starts doing the same thing. i checked all the fuses and i tried to get some codes with my sct programer but it doesnt alow me to do anything.
 
chk ur SWITCH wires!! or its better to let it checked by your machanic specially electrical machanic!! its the problim of switch wires!! my Diahatsu charade 1985 is also having same problim !! but its a simple car so its easy to correct it my self but your one is not so simple!! BEST OF LUCK !!
