my foot!!!!!!!!!

Im new, got a painful lump on arch of foot. It doesnt hurt when i walk just push or rub it.It feels soft then hard like deeper in.Whats going on????????
 
It could be a callous or corn (my husband gets these frequently). They are caused by rubbing of foot wear on that part of your foot if your foot wear is not fitting properly.

If it grows in size, changes color, gets fluid in it or becomes continuously painful, see your doctor as it would likely be something else.
