My flat mate has left in his keys in the door with the door unlocked,what should I do?

My flat mate has been out drinking, anyways I have just seen he has left his keys in his door and his door is unlocked.I tried knocking and waking him but he's not waking up so what should I do?
P.S.We live in halls of residence so I can't just lock it for him and look after the keys
@think thanks for your answer,I just managed to wake him.Will pick best answer when I can :)
