My fish's tail/fin things are turning black on the edges!?

what is it from?
i've had it for about 2 weeks.
originally had WAY to much chemicals in water because of misreading.
but I changed the water about 24-48 hours after.
it's been prettty healthy since then.
and it still is, just has black edges.
can i fix it?
will she heal?

That's a classic sign of ammonia burns on the fish. Keep an eye on your water parameters and change it often.
