MY FISHIE'S BECOME A TWISTER FISH!!!! (thats not good) HELP!!!!?

ok, so the first day my guppy was kind of wobbling around and stuff.
the second day, her body is facing the floor of the fish tank and shes spinning around- sort of like a twister.
the THIRD day, she feels fine.
the fourth day (today) she's on her side near the top of the fish bowl and her head and tail are below her swollen body. she's able to move by swishing her tail up and down instead of side to side, but cant move up and down in the fish bowl. water is changed 2 times in the last 2 days, but nothing helps.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with chrissi you need to keep a fish like that in an aquarium only betta and goldfish are comfortable in fish bowls

If theres no lumps and no bruises and tears, then it just seems like you have a pregnant guppy.

Fish bowl? That explains everything.

Can't keep guppies in a fish bowl, they need a tank, do you have a filter and heater? They need those.

How big is the "bowl"?
