My fish was swimming horizontal?

It's a Silver fantail goldfish. The fish has never done this before, after about one hour it stopped, but am wondering if this is normal or if there is something I could do?
Okay yes vertical, head to the top, tail to the bottom.

Well if I hadn't of read Kylie's answer I would have said the same thing! Lots of fish swim up and down rapidly, they'll do it for a while and then just stop, a lot of fish do it along the sides of the tank, over aeration dives and near filters. It's just normal fish behaviour and you have nothing to worry about. The only thing you need to worry about is when it's not swimming (obviously), or when it is darting across the aquarium and it also has white spots.
