my fish tank is cloudy...?

ok...
i have a 15 litre coldwater fish tank with 3 small goldfish
i feed them once a day
last time i changed the water was on friday which was 4 days ago but i didnt cycle that water, i just added the aqua safe to remove chlorine etc.
the water seemed fine today morning but today evening when i came home from school the water was cloudy.

what is wrong and what should i do?
 
your tank is going through the cycling process, change 10% every other day to remove excess ammonia that will kill the fish otherwise and always use water treated with chlorine remover etc........
do this until you see that your tank comes clear

Goldfish are by nature a "dirty "fish, meaning they stir up the bottom a lot.
3 things: Get a better/bigger filter; don't overfeed; and buy good quality food.
