My fish is missing, where?

I filled up the bowl with hard tap water, but put conditioner in it, two teaspoons. Today I have noticed that a few scales are missing on him, should I rub him with Dove Moisterizer? He's such a pretty little gold fish. Also could the tap water have done something?
 
yes rub him up!!!
i would try using some waterproof sunscreen lotion.
maybe his scales are peeling from too much sun :(
