my fish had eaten fins !!?

i have a tropical fish tank with:

2 common plec's
3 clown loach
1 kissing gourami's
2 opaline gourami's
2 pineapple molly's
3 corydra's

and i brought some more fish yesterday.

1 bristlenose plec
6 guppies
5 mino's
1 red tail shark.

and i have got noticed that my 2 of my guppies and my old plec (NOT THE NEWEST ONE) my plec never had it before i added the new one's.

What could it be ??

Could it of just been that i didnt notice before i brought them ??

also my plec's could it of been the new bristle-nose plec fighting with my old one eaten its fins ??

or could it of just been the red tail shark ??

or maybe the kissing gourami ??

Yh it is probably the shark they are quite dominating, after a while they should find their places.
We got a siamese fighting fish they are feisty an dominant, kept chasing other fish when we first got it but it dont now =].
