my fish are floating at the top instead of swimming like they normally do. are they

sick? they are glo fish from wal mart i have had them for a month and a half
they are not dead they just float my levels are good i have a carbon filter and a heater
 
First off...NEVER buy fish from Wal-mart!!! If your fish are staying at the top of the tank and not dead, it could be lack of oxygen...you need a filter, pump(add oxygen and circulates the water), and a heater. good luck!
