I'd finished my course in culinary school and my career advisors have set up an interview for me in a restaurant. However, I've never had a job before and I have no idea how to do this! Do I go in my chef's jacket and pants, or just go in business-appropriate clothing? Do I bring a portfolio...? Any tips on actions and etiquette (especially what to expect!) are also helpful.
