My first car...Porsche 944 or BMW M3?

I have had a lot of trouble finding my first car, but I have narrowed it down to two models. I am looking for a Porsche 944 or a BMW M3. I have found about 3 different sellers for each car, and I have found a reasonable price for each...but I am still unsure as to which one to go with. Both cars are 1984-1986.
 
Your parents are stupid to get a new driver either of those. Unless they want 1 less kid in which case maybe its a good way to get there legally.
