I'm getting a kawasaki zr7s, I got a great deal on it so Im buying it tomorrow. I will not ride it for a week, because im taking the msf next weekend. I will not ride my bike before the course. I would personally have prefered a smaller bike to start with, but there was no way I could pass on this deal (dirt cheap). Anyways, I drive a nissan 350z, I am a great driver, I'm used to speed and avoiding old ppl & stuff. Mind you I AM NOT going to go fast on my bike at all. I will drive the speed limit (5 over max). My question is, is it a really big mistake to start with a 732cc bike? I am a very fast learner. I went to miami, rented a scooter (never had I been in one), put my gf on the back, and we rode on the highways (long story, only means of transportation). I know the bike is nothing like the scooter, but im just trying to get across that im not just a random stupid kid looking for a thrill.
