My Fingers Are Itchy!

After my father past away I started to get a itchy finger on my right hand. After about a month my other finger became itchy. I went to a doctor and they gave my nerisone. IT DOESNT WORK! The itching keeps getting worse! It feels like i have bugs crawling in my fingers:( What should i do? I have tried everything!
 
I dont know, but when you find out please share with me, my fingers and palms have been itching to the point that from scratching i developed patch's of rough skin, i have had Vitamin deficencies in the past 4years and my recent blood test show all is ok, so i'm stumped, i do have some other complaints i been dealing with as well that i never got any answers for, but if i figure out whats causing the itching i'll post it asap
 
Maybe Pompholyx? AKA Dyshidrosis.

I get these itchy little vesicles (tiny clear fluid filled bumps) on the sides of my fingers and palm of my hands everytime I'm under stress. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I get them during flares as well.
