my finger tip has gone weird since i had a plaster on it please help...more...

...info inside..? I broke my nail half way up a while back and i had been keeping a plaster on it which i changed a few times it was on for maybe just over a week then one night it was really itchy and causing my whole hand a wrist to itch but i only got relief when i scratched my finger tip...

i took the plaster off and its been off for 2 days now but the skin that was under the plaster has turned shiny and lumpy and it often itches or has a burning sensation what is this or what should i do??

I have been using simple derma to control the itching
