I submitted my FAFSA report and wrote that my father is unemployed, but I'm still not receiving any financial aid from the college I'm attending next year. (total cost over twenty thousand). My mom has a full time job, but it's not really enough to pay for college, and I'm worried that now all of my parents savings will be blown. Is there anything I can do? Should I try to appeal to FAFSA, or try to contact the financial aid office at my college? any suggestions would be appreciated.
