Okay i just received a letter in the mail on friday telling me that they have received my application but unfortunately the commission is unable to determine my eligibility due to some missing information THEY ARE ASKING ME TO GO TO CHAFEE GRANT because my application is not on file but what should i do now..there is really nothing on www.chafee.csac.ca.gov ..any help
