My field was social science in university, can I apply for other field in Canada?

I'm gona to canada ,do 'nt know about the field of bc. I'm intrested continue in Social work or envirenment as master ,can I apply ?
what about finance aid? or scolarship?
still I live in my counrty and do not move as an immigrant to Canada.
which uni that is best? offer me plz!
help me!
