...jeordarize him or me by doing so? My fiance is in jail, because of this our family is struggling. Since he is the bread winner. If I spoke to his judge can that jeopardize him or myself? I'm not trying to get his sentence eliminated. I'm trying to have him get into a program that is not in a jail sentence, a program he can complete out of jail. So he can still have the ability to support his family. By me doing so can this backlash on us in any way?
Please just answer, no judgements.

He's already been sentenced by the judge, right? Your going to court and talking to the judge isn't going to do anything. The case is over. If your fiance entered into a plea agreement, then he agreed to whatever his punishment was. If he was found guilty after a trial, then he's stuck with whatever the sentence was.

No, your concerns are legitimate. However, if he is in jail perhaps that is where he belongs. Just because you need him doesn't make him innocent.
