My female betta fish has cloudy eyes?

I've had her for almost 3 months, and I just recently put her in a 4 gallon tank with 2 plattys, another female betta, and a snail. I don't know why, so I put her into a seperate bowl and I put some all natural betta fix. It isn't getting any better. She keeps on swimming all jerky and she will stop and go to the bottom of the bowl. I don't know whats wrong

try some aqurium salt, 1 tsp of salt for 2 liters of water.
