When I got my dog 5 months ago (hes 15 months old now) he was so scared he would pee if anyone looked at him. He warmed up to me in a few weeks and was just like a normal dog when with me. He's still afraid of people but no where near as bad.
So I took him to the vet the other day for shots and check up and he was fine but when I got home he was really scared of me. If I went to pick him up or anything similar to what happened in the vet visit he would scream. I thought he was hurt at first but there is apparently nothing medically wrong with him.
So now he is terrified of me and shakes if I even look at him and because he is scared of everyone else he has no one to cuddle. He likes to be in the same room as me but now if I pet/talk/look at him he shakes and cowers and has even peed himself.
I don't understand how he could go from a happy dog with me to terrified. What do I do?
