My Faves on BB Pearl

Hi Guys,

Last night, i got my BB 8100 pearl. So, i set everything up at least i thought i did. However, for some reason "My Faves" application is not on the home screen. I've called T-Mo three times and they send me txt messages saying my faves screen have been refreshed but there is nothing at all on the home screen there is nothing hidden because it doesn't show at all.

Good thing, i won't be charged for calling my faves because on their(T-Mo's) end it shows my line for "Fave 5" just don't understand it.

Can someone help me?? send me a link or something...it's rather annoying that's all.

It sounds like you only talked to customer service when you called. They can send it to your device, but won't make sure that you have it and get you off the phone.

Make sure that you talk to BB support. They at least have to make sure you see it on your phone and if not they must do something about it.

Personally I would just make calls from your address book. The my faves U/I has some glitches in it that are really frustrating to deal with.
 
For me, it took a day or so for the UI to update. That being said, there really is no reason for you to want the UI. It's not really useful, 5 rotating icons to call or text your "Fav 5". I hid mine so it doesn't show up since I don't use it.

It's easier to call your favorites from your address book, speed dial, or call log. Just know that those numbers, once you set them up, are free. It should show the little "My Favs" icon on the call screen when you call one of those numbers. You can set up your Favs at the T-mobile website.
