My fathers friend gave me wife to pay for bad business deal?

But she does not want to accept this. She saying that this is America and she want to finishing in school and dating and make husband when she is 19. What is law for getting papers in US to have her wife?
 
Welcome to America, we dont force people to marry against there will. And no, you cant just fill out a slip and have her committed to you for life. If she does not want to marry you, then she wont and there is nothing you can do about it.
 
You can't force someone to be your wife in America. But you probably already know this because you are some bored kid in your mom's basement or attic.
 
You can't force an American to marry, you're out of luck.
We are an advanced, educated society, and we are FREE from slavery like that.
