My father is looking to start his own business. It is going to be home based, giving services to companies on what he knows to do. All he wants to know is just how to start it out.
We live in Phoenix, AZ. We are wondering where do we have to go and what we need to do to get the name out there and get things started.

He already knows what he wants to do. We just need to know the places that we have to go to get the name out there and to get it opened. I have no idea where he has to go. Does he have to go to the Department of Labor? Department of Revenue? or where?
