My father Beats ME!! Help?

Help!! My father abuses my mother and one day i stood up for her and he beat me up until i dont remember what happened. I dont want him hurting my mother like that! ive tried to call the cops but they say there isnt any proof! can someone out there help me please! he threatened to kill me
