...when cold? ive changed the thermostat and the fan switch but no luck
when i got the car the fan was wired to stay on all the time but pluged it back in the fan switch so the fan does work just nat at the mo
That sounds like the temp sensor is not working properly to register hot when it is cold. Note the temp sensor is not the one that operates the fan
If the fan does not kick in when the engine is actually hot then the fan motor may have gone
yea like troy says jump the fan direct as for the switch or did you changge the sensor and try buy-passing that now im not shure but the thermo cant be put in oppisite way of flow ???
