My facebook chat isn't working?

For like the past 3 days, my chat has been broken on facebook. Everytime i click on anyone in the chat bar, the chat box comes up, but it will say that that person is offline and it will take her off of the list of online friends in the chat bar, and then that person will apear a minute later as online (if they're still online) idk what to do!!
 
its something to do with facebook itself, as u might remember it was hacked to long ago adn that person may have messed with the facebook chat just to annoy people. bt dont worry its not nething to do with your computer its most likely just the facebook chat itself.
