my ex wont let e see my daughter despite a court order being in place?

Hi, i have a court order stating that i should see my 1year old daughter 4hours 1day during the week and 5hours saturday or sunday as a minimum but my ex girlfriend will not let me see her still, Im currently waiting to go back to court can anyone tell me what might happen when we go back to court? there is no real reason why she wont let me see her apart from she does not like me she also plans to move 140miles approx away from where i live which is about two and a half hours drive or three hour train journey and says the only how i can see my daughter once she moves is by making that journey once a week i am currently out of work and claming jobseekers allowace (hopefully not for long) is there anything i can do to stop her or ask the court to make her meet me halfway? the main person im worried about is my daughter and its like she is being used as a weapon to hurt me and its just not fair.
