Okay, so here's the thing, my ex-boyfriend is insane. He stalks me, he has hacked into my facebook more than once, I've had to get a new facebook, a new email, and all kinds of stuff, more than once. Don't ask me how he does it, but he can, and it's really annoying. I've tried to keep being friends with him but it just didn't work out. He has sent my new boyfriend messages saying a bunch of crap. Mind you me and my ex haven't been together since march, but yet he still holds on. Anyways, to get onto my the subject of my question. He used to treat me like crap, he was very verbally abusive, and yelled at me all the time over stupid stuff, he also tried to control me, and that's why I broke up with him. He said he understood that and that he'd leave me alone, but he wouldn't, and still won't leave me alone after all this time, anyways when we was dating he let me borrow his wii, and I know they are expensive and all, and I know that this was a bitch thing of me to do, but I got mad at him because he wouldn't leave me alone, and wouldn't stop saying hurtful things to me, and I broke it. I completely destroyed it just for spite, now he says that since I broke it, he's going to take me to court and take me for everything that I have, which isn't alot. Now i'm upset over it, can he really take me to court over a video game system that he let me borrow??
