My ex boyfriend and I broke up 2 months ago (in 3 days) and it was because he was trying to go after this other girl. He did the same thing before with the same girl, but came back to me when she shot him down after awhile. We had been only broke up 3 weeks that time.
So this time I said enough is enough! I was SO SO heartbroken for a month and a half. I dropped 5 or 6 pounds, and couldnt eat for weeks. I went through alot.
Besides the fact that this other girl came into the picture, he abused me alot verbally and physically at some point in our relationship in the past.
I learned he wont change.
Anyways, yesterday, I was very suprised.
He texted me (I DID NOT reply) say hi julie, i know you dont want to talk to me but i have to tell you that i will never stop loving you, please just answer me.
AND THEN is you can believe it he texts my moms cell saying "Hi mrs smith, i know im the last person you probly want to hear from, but can you tell julie that I am sorry and I love her. Life just isnt the same without her and im sorry".
AND THEN, I get home and he left a message on our machine saying "hi julie can you please call me after five when you get this, I need to talk to you, thanks.
His mom and I used to text each other also. She REALLY liked me and we got along great. She asked me 2 weeks after we broke up if I wanted to go for coffee sometime. I think she knows I did right by her son all the time and was a very good gf to him.
She texted me ALSO yesterday saying "hi girl, just saying hi" and then i said hi, and how are you, and she said "sad, missing you around here believe it or not", and she said she had to go do housework and would text me later, which she didnt. I dont know if she forgot.
Then today I seen on my friends newfeed a post on a girls wall she has on fb that he asked how are you followed by who are you datin these days.
SO, is he just trying to find a gf? Like desperate? Or could he really be into me as much as he appears to be and missing me?
When we were together he acted like he didnt want me for a long time and never gave a crap about anything.
I am just curious to know. Its bothering me so have to get it out of the way, I have no intentions of taking him back.
He is 19, I am 21.
We dated 2.5 years.
