My epididymous is swollen.

I think irony fits as well. Doctor told me epididymitis. I hope to God it's not cancer but I don't think it is. My balls hurt so bad. But I'm told getting hit in the balls, fapping, and getting blue balled can all cause it. And to be honest, that kind of fits.
