My Email on my nokia 5530 doesn't connect...i can send but i cant receive anything.?

I have followed the instructions and it seems to have worked....but every time i try and connect it keeps asking me if it must save the password to mailbox settings...and i say yes but it wont go away it always comes back....i can send emails but i cant receive anything...please help
