My Elecric Toyota Window Wont Go Up>>>!?

my front window wont go up once down..its stuck on down.The other 3 windows work fine still so its not a fuse..!!
can this be made to go up manually ??
and how do ya do it please??
Or is there another problem with it??..i think it could be the window motor as it is hot..!?

It could be the motor or it could also be the relay for the motor. Also check the wires where they go into the door by the door jam. over the years a wire could get cut or chaffed from the door being opened and closed so many times.
