Maybe you strained it or something. It happens to me sometimes, I play softball and I throw sidearm like an idiot so my arm is like messed up, so maybe if you just twisted a nerve or moved it thr wrong way or something.
i get that sometimes 2 it happens to me after i play tennis and it hurts for the hold day and even in to the next day if you go to sports mart or walmart even they have this thing you you warp around your forarm to prevent tennis elbow i thought is was stupid but it hurt so bad i would try anything and i did and if worked i bought a thin one so i could wear it at work then it hurt
