Look up the Grossan irrigator on the Internet. If you can afford it, it does WONDERS. If it is too expensive, go to your pharmacy and buy some Ocean nasal spray. Both are very helpful. I have been using the Grossan irrigator with the solution packages that you can order with it and it has saved my life. The dr. is an ear/nose and throat man. Good luck.
