My E65 is giving me a System Error Message

Everything was working and I went to set the Alarm Clock and the E65 came back with "System Error". I can't even access the "Settings" menu as well. Get the System Error there too, but everything else works.
Any ideas?
Bought it from Import GSM, so will be calling them tomorrow.

Nope, didn't work.
When I go to
Tools
Settings
The screen goes blank and then a few seconds later goes back to the Tools screen.
Will not go into settings.
And trying to access the clock gives me the System error.
I haven't done a thing with it all day, worked last night when I set the alarm.

That's beyond strange that a hard reset didn't do the trick. I guess returning it is your only option. Sorry to hear that..

try go "Offline" then do your setting.
after that turn in back online.

Hey, that worked!!
Here is the story so far.
I travel alot, I was in Tucson, AZ yesterday and that is where I was unable to access the Clock Menu and the Settings Menu. I went into Offline mode and it let me access those menu's.
I then was in Las Vegas and Phoenix, Orange County and finally Sacramento today, where the phone worked normally everywhere.
So it seems to have something to do with the Network. It showed me on T-Mobile in Tucson, so I'm not sure what could have been blocking the Menu's.
But the phone i s working now.
Close call.

guys, the E65 hard reset doesn't work. it's a known issue and well documented in this forum

oh yeah...I forgot about that. It's hard to believe they haven't released a fw to fix that.
