My E60 Died on me, Help!

I posted earlier about how much I loved my E60 and a few days later it just died on me!! It was working normally like any other day when I noticed I wasn't getting any network coverage. I thought it was odd because I had just received a call not even 10 minutes prior. No matter what I did (re-installing the firm ware/*#7370#) or who's sim card I put in the phone it just would not get a signal. Then suddenly after an hour of messing with it, it started working normlly.

Later that evening I was at my computer and my phone was upstairs. My wife called me and asked was I bluetoothing something to my phone because the screen said "installing". After that, not only will it not get a signal but it won't stop turning itself off either but just staright up turning off, or the screen starts flickering and won't except any commands. Has any heard of this before!?

Update:

After re-installing the firmware again, this time without the mem card still in it seems to at least be stable. It is no longer crashing. However I still can't get a signal. This leads me to believe that it's a hardware problem and not the software/firmware. I got the phone from a shop online of course so I guess I'll have to go through Nokia for a repair. Has anyone had to send a phone for repair from the U.S. to he U.K., how did it go? Any advice would be very helpful.

Nope. Phone still doesn't get a signal. It just sits there in it's box all useless like. Gonna try and go through the UK warranty and see if I can get it fixed.

But wasn't that from a bad flash or something? My phone just crapped out on me for no reason. I'm pretty sure a firmware flash won't help me.

like u said, u can give him an email, the worst answer u can get is no they cant help u...but i m sure they can, so why not give it a try?
