My dream phone... (please help)

...does not exist yet.

However, I'm in the Southeastern US and am looking for a Cingular phone with:
-at *least* a 2MP cam. I want night shot capability at a minimum for this.
-MP3 playback functionality
-a relatively fast data speed (anything above zero is better than my current)
-greater than 20min video capture at at least 15 FPS

This phone is going to be my travelling companion and as such will need to sing to me and be ready to capture sights on my adventures.

I'm looking at the Samsung a770 right now and it seems like a solid choice minus the ridiculous cons mentioned (here). As you can see, most of these cons can or will hopefully be overcome in the near future via hacks and such.

My question is this - Is there any other phone that better fits my description above by Cingular or available to use the Cingular network? I imagine the a707 isn't the only phone that can be hacked into greatness... but I'm not the expert here.

Thanks in advance!
(I'll be back to say it again if you help me!)

The k790 looks fantastic and definitely up to par with what I was hoping for.
Could someone with one inform me if it has a nightshot mode or a way to change the shutter speed or ISO settings?

I've never set up a phone on a network before.. I'm assuming I will need to unlock this and do quite a bit of tweaking to get it to work. As such, it will be fully functional once up and running, yes? (IE is there any drawback to using a non-Cingular phone on the Cingular network?)

I really appreciate your help captainmicahp, Nas6034, and Laynie. The atmosphere on this forum is wonderful.

Edit: I just recently looked at the D900. It seems to have the same cam specs plus a nightshot mode and ISO settings. It also appears to have the ability to view pdf/excel/word files (awesome for me as a student). Plus it doesn't have the earpiece volume trouble that the 750 has. This is all according to varying threads. The drawbacks are much lower battery life, a horrible music player on it and no FM player (not really important). I couldn't find details as to why or how the music player is inferior. Could anyone clear this up?

Edit2: Is there a place that I can see comparison shots from phone cameras? I tried this but it doesn't work for me.
