You should take him to the vet to get de-wormed. Haha I got the info from Boarding...

You should take him to the vet right away. It might be something as simple as worms, but he could have a serious intestinal or bowel problem. Do not wait.

A dog with a "poofy" stomach with zero appetite is a good sign of bloat. A dog with bloat is absolutely an emergency, no ifs-ands-or-buts.
You need a vet ASAP.

You need to take to your vet and have complete work done blood stool and any thing else youe vet reamends but i belive it COULD be tick poisoning if you have ticks there if not no idea see the vets this makes dogs grunt and if has will be in pain no matter what it is your baby is suffering from some thing this is why it wines since it Cant tell you.

The FIRST thing to do when you get a new pet is to bring it to a Vet and have him thourghly checked out, blood work, urine & fecal test ,never have I not made the appt. for the day or 2 after I knew I was bringing my dog home, and if there is something wrong I get it treated they all turn out happy & healthy, whatever it takes, because I'm prepaired to pay what it cost's, or else I would not get the pet at that time.

when I brought my puppy home this past year I had a hard time finding food to feed him as he didn't want to eat but I found out he was just nervous coming into a new home and then his appetite picked up. give him time as he's learning about his new home and you. dogs do alot of whining especially puppys. my pup has been whining for the first year.
