my dog wont stop whining!!!?

he is a male cavalier king charles spaniel. his food and water bowls are full, i played with him all day, i let him out MANY times, and he has his toys he plays with. why wont he stop whining!?!?!?!
 
My dog whines a lot to, mainly because she is getting old. How old is your dog?
 
I had the same problem with one of my dogs up untill three weeks ago. I took him to the vet and the vet said hes not going to stop whining untill either he finds himslef a girlfriend or gets fixed. So we got him fixed and hes not whining anymore. So I would say that you dog is in heat, I recomend getting him fixed.
 
first i dont know how old your dog is but if he is young he may miss his parents... sorry to hear that good luck
 
he needs a walk..outside of the house...for at least 30 minutes a day. He's bore. It's like people..we have food, water and a Wii...yet we get bore and want to go outside and hangout with our friends. Dogs need to know what's going on in the world too.
Also if he's whining all day, you should check to see if he's sick, injury or not feeling well. Dogs can't talk..you will have to make sure.
Oh King Charles are very very needy dogs...they need constant attention. If you have the pup all his life, perhaps he needs a friend. If you just got him, it could be that the owner that used to have him keep him next to her 24/7...for you to not have him on your lap makes him want to cry. You can teach him to assure that you are not going to leave him..but that need constant training and you need to praise him everytime he is playing quietly and not whining. Good luck
 
Put a little bit of peanut butter on the tip of his nose.
Its funny to watch them try to lick it all off.
It'll shut him for a while. ;)
