I'm sorry I know it's a gross question but something looks really wrong. All day my dog just keeps licking his butt. I don't know why, so I looked and it's all red and a little swollen on one side. What should I do? Thanks! 
Just in case it helps I have a Pomeranian. We cut his hair really short too. I don't know if that is important information. :/
